Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly.
All bookings are subject to availability and airspace regulations.
Any delay or cancellation due to weather, legal, or technical restrictions will be communicated promptly.
Clients are required to provide correct information regarding flight locations and objectives.
Full or partial payment must be made in advance as per invoice terms.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled operation may incur charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.
By using our services, you agree that:
You will not misuse or tamper with our drones or operators
You will provide legal access to premises (if required) for drone operation
You will not use our footage for unlawful purposes
All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, videos, and software, is the property of SuperDrone.in or its content providers. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
SuperDrone.in shall not be held liable for:
Any damages arising from illegal or unauthorized drone use by the client
Accidental loss of footage due to technical or weather-related issues
Service delays or cancellations due to government restrictions or natural disasters
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperDrone.in, its employees, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website or our services at any time for violations of our terms, misuse, or suspicious activity.
